RISK MANAGEMENT
EDU Projects ensures that at each stage of the project requires the active participation of its contractors in the quality assurance process. We have an obligation to all clients to deliver the required product or service in a manner that assures optimum quality, “fit for the purpose”, and delivery on or ahead of time. This will be achieved irrespective of the degree to which the client inspects and requires certification and verification. To achieve this objective, our Office Manual contains standard procedures for each stage of the project.
Monitoring Quality (Assurance and Control)
Once the project quality plan is defined, ensuring that its various aspects are being implemented is vital. Throughout the duration of the project, quality MUST be continuously monitored to ensure that as the project is forming and maturing, any issues that have arisen are addressed accordingly.
